We offer the opportunity to stay in our Guest house, in Ngazidja (Grande Comore), and we can also help you stay at our partners in the other islands (homestay in Ndzouani and bungalows in Mwali) according to your visiting and staying plans.
The property :
Our 2 villas by the sea, are surrounded by a large communal garden. With its perfect location, away from the bustle of the capital but still a 5 minutes drive away from the center of Moroni, our property offers both tranquility and proximity. 15-minutes walk away from the famous public beach of Itsandra and the private beach of “Touristique”.
We offer an as eco-friendly environment as possible. View of the sea and surrounded by coconut trees, enjoy your stay in a charming and warm environment. The hostess will be happy to whip up dishes on demand, according to your wishes and guide you in your excursions. We offer two types of formulas, room accommodation in one of the two villas or renting one of the villas in its entirety.
The villas :
The Grand villa
It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A lounge, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the sea. It has a total of 6 beds (3 double bedrooms).
The small villa
It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A lounge, a kitchen and a small terrace overlooking the sea. It has a total of 4 beds (2 double bedrooms).
Our Formulas
* Villas per night – Large villa (5-6 beds): 100-130 €, Villa (4 beds): 70-90 € depending on the season.
* Villas per week – Large villa: 450-500 €, villa: 350-400 € depending on the season.
* Single rooms per night: 30-40 € depending on the room.
+ 4 euros per person per day to include breakfast.
+ 10 euros per person per day for half board
+ 15 euros per person per day for full board
+ Possible to choose meals on demand instead (€ 5-10 per meal). Prices may vary following specific requests.
Whether you opt for half board, full board or for single meals on demand, the hostess can cook up dishes on request according to your desires and needs (vegetarian, specific diet, local food, …).
Other additional services (book in advance or once there, the price will be given at time of booking by the host).

We can also provide you with a custom quote for an all-inclusive stay (accommodation, food, desired activities and excursions).
Remember that tourist infrastructures are rather rare in the archipelago, but not non-existent either! It is best to contact us in advance or upon arrival regarding what you are planning in terms of activities and excursions. It is of course still possible to arrange everything once there with the help of the host that has a very good knowledge of the area.
We do not consider ourselves an agency, but more as passionate individuals, happy to share with you the love of our archipelago! Besides we do not own any agency, but simply our above property in which we are delighted to welcome you.
